No registration required
Registration is not required to check availablity. Your customers are allowed to browse through the slots without logging in
and proceed to booking.
Smarty-like Templates
Use your own webpages for your client module. You can use your existing website template if you already have one.
Templates now supports smarty tags. Multiple template sets can be maintained with an easy switching feature.
Email Notification
Automated emails can be configured on following events. Emails will be sent to customers and/or the organization.
- New customer registration
- New appointment booking
- Appointment cancellation
- Appointment reminder (n) days in advance.
Recurring appointments
Repeating appointments for returning customers. Repeated daily, weekly or monthly.
Once booked each booking can be handled individually.
Appointment status codes
You can add custom status codes to the system. The default status codes defined in the system are:
open, scheduled, confirmed, complete, buffer and no show.
Reporting
Generate your reports and export them to excel or spreadsheet. You can export appointments list, clients list and payment history.
The print functionality gives you the flexibility of creating printouts for next day appointments.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are created in admin panel, your customers can purchase gift vouchers from your website or you can assign them from admin panel. You can assign any name to your gift voucher program.
Your customers can redeem their vouchers to pay their booking. A voucher is valid until it's epiry is met or the credit runs out.

Administrator Module
The administrator screens allows you to do the following:
- Reception desk features
- Permission based usage
- Add business locations
- Add services for each location
- Add employees for each location
- Manage clients for each location
- Make appointment for a new or existing customer
- Modify/Remove appointment for customers
- View appointment history for a date range
- Print appointment history
- Export appointment history to spreadsheet.
- Reporting(appointments, clients, payments, etc.)
Reception desk screens
Your receptionist can use the system to manage appointments.
Appointments can be created for new or existing clients.
Appointment status can be changed on a single click.
Calendar view lets you see all appointments made for a date range for different services.
Strictly permission based
Administrator control panel works on the basis of security permissions.
System supports following user types : HQ Administrator, Local Administrator, Scheduler and Viewer.
Permissions vary from one type of user to another.
For example a scheduler user will see only the appointment scheduling screen,
where as HQ Administrator is granted full permission.
Business Locations
Create as many business locations as you need. Location settings can be modified at any time.
Settings include Location name, Address, Contact numbers, Opening hour, Closing hour,
Working hours description, default duration, email reminder settings and route directions.
Employees
HQ Administrator or Location Administrator is allowed to add new users in the system.
Staff will receive an automated email after been registered. Users can be setup to show or not to show on schedule screen.
Business Services
Supports unlimited services registered under a business location.
When a customer makes an appointment, the slot is booked for the duration of the serive plus any buffer time if specified.
Selective Blocking
Easy to use roster management. Supports selective blocking of slots for a given set of therapists and/or services for any period of time.
SMS Messaging
SMS notification is supported for all events which are currenlty supported by email notification.
Online customer payment
Each service can have a price associated so that online payments can be accepted from your customers.

Multilingual Support
System support multiple template sets for a single account. Create template sets for different languages
and present your calendar in each language.
