Online Appointment System

Unispeck Online Appointment Booking Software enables customers book appointments over the internet. System comes with client module and administrator module. Reception desk features are provided under administrator module.

Accepts Appointment 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Customers can schedule appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No more need to schedule only during office hours. Customers can view, book, or cancel appointments online without calling the reception desk.

No registration required

Registration is not required now. Your customers are allowed to browse through the slots without logging in and proceed to the booking.

Automatic Emails

Automatic emails will be sent to both customer and the organization when:
  • New customer registers
  • Customer schedules an appointment
  • Customer cancels an appointment
  • A specified number of days prior to an appointment.

Export to Spreadsheets

Appointment information can easily be exported into a spreadsheet (like excel), which will enable the use of powerful spreadsheet functions to perform additional analysis.

On reception desk and/or on your website

Your receptionist can use the system to manage appointments. Also your clients can directly book appointment without the intervention of the reception desk. This would provide clients the flexibility to book appointments outside of the office working hours.

Appointment status codes

You can add custom status codes to the system. The default status codes defined in the system are as follows: open, scheduled, confirmed, complete, buffer and no show.

Reporting Module

Powerful search provided by the system can be used to create reports for any given date range or for any given therapist. The print functionality gives you the flexibility of creating printouts for next days appointments.

Client Module

You can point to the customer appointment-booking page by adding a hyperlink or a button on your website which will then allow your clients to click on it and schedule appointments online. Customers are no longer required to login. Customers can see all available slots and book an appointment on a free slot. See the brochure for more details. Administrator Module

The administrator screens allows you to do the following:
  • Reception desk features
  • Permission based usage
  • Add business locations
  • Add services for each location
  • Add employees for each location
  • Manage clients for each location
  • Make appointment for a new or existing customer
  • Modify/Remove appointment for customers
  • View appointment history for a date range
  • Print appointment history
  • Export appointment history to spreadsheet.

Reception desk screens

Your receptionist can use the system to manage appointments. Appointments can be created for new or existing clients. Appointment status can be changed on a single click. Calendar view lets you see all appointments made for a date range for different services.

Restriction of usage in Administrator Module

Administrator module for the appointment system is based on security permissions. System supports following user types : HQ Administrator, Local Administrator, Scheduler and Viewer. Permissions vary from one type of user to another. For example a scheduler user will see only the appointment scheduling screen, where as HQ Administrator is granted full permission.

Business Locations

The system supports as many business locations as you need. Location settings can be modified at any time. Settings include Location name, Address, Contact numbers, Opening hour, Closing hour, Working hours description, default duration, email reminder settings and route directions.

Employees

HQ Administrator or Location Administrator is allowed to add new users in the system. Staff will recieve an automatic email after been registered. Users can be setup to show or not to show on schedule screen.

Specify Business Services

Specify services provided by your business location so that clients can schedule for the specific service they need. Each service is associated with a time duration. A service may or may not have a buffer time associated to it. When a customer makes an appointment, the slot is booked for the duration of the serive plus any buffer time if specified. If you want to hide a service from customers you may do so by selecting 'no' to 'allow customers to see'.

Accepts customer payment

Each service can have a price associated so that payment can be accepted from customers online. Now we offer FREE paypal gateway integration with the system.

Reseller Program

As a reseller you have the ability to host unlimited sites. We will create your own site to sell our service in your jurisdiction as an independent company. We will customize the software to fit your need.
